Background

I am 34 years old, married, and I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My wife is the best and we have been married for almost five years now. I teach Personal Fitness and PE for high school students and I am also the head boys basketball coach.

The main reason why I started this blog was so I could be able to put all of my favorite videos and sites all on 1 site so they would be easy for me to find. I especially enjoy showing some of these videos, etc. during my weekly Power Point presentations for my Personal Fitness classes at the beginning of class.
